Triplett, Geneva - age 92, of Lackey, Kentucky, died Friday, December 2, 2005, at the Knott County Nursing Home, Hindman, Kentucky.She was born in Knott County on December 9, 1912, the daughter of the late Miles M. and Margaret Slone Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence; one son: Darrell and one daughter: Joyce. She is survived by one daughter: Linda Triplett of Westfield Ct., Ohio; three sons: Gene Triplett of Greenville, Ohio, Bobby R. Triplett of Larkslane, Kentucky, Larry Triplett, Hindman, Kentucky; daughters-in-law: Ann, Nicky, Pauline and Reba; grandchildren: Kathy Triplett Slone, Chris Triplett, and Jennifer Triplett Carter; 2 great-grandchildren: Skyler Slone and Kate Carter. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, December 4, at 2 p.m., at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Hindman, Kentucky, with Rev. Mike Caudill officiating. Burial followed at the Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman, Kentucky, under the direction of Hindman Funeral Services.
