• Residence: Leesylvania, 1660, Prince William County, VA. On 9 Oct 1660 Letitia Corbin's father deeded her 2,000 acres in Stafford Co, afterwards to be part of Prince William Co. It became known as "Leeslyvania" and the home of the branch of the Lee family from which General Robert E. Lee descended. Among Letitia's grandsons were Richard Henry Lee, who introduced in Congress the resolution for American independance, and with is brother, Francis Lightfoot Lee, signed the Declaration of Independence.
Letitia married Richard LEE, son of Richard LEE and Anne CONSTABLE, in 1674 in VA. (Richard LEE was born in 1647 and died on 12 Mar 1714 in Westmoreland County, VA.)
