Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging .. To have and hold the above land and premises to the said Jeremiah Early his heirs and assigns forever.. /s/ James Gibson, Elenor (+) Gibson. Margaret married James GIBSON, son of John GIBSON and Unknown, on 27 Nov 1706 in Dumfries, SCOTLAND.
