• Land, 1700, PA. Ordered a Warr't to David Brintnall for a City Lott in right of Alexander Mell's Purchase, entered 20 of 6 mo. last; the Title is as follows: The Proprietor, by Deeds of Lease and Release, dat. 31st March and 1st of Aprill, 1682, Granted to Alexander Mell, Son of Alexander Mell, late of Martin Is Grand, in the County of Middlesex, Perfumer, 250 acres of Land in this Province. Alexander Mell, by a short Deed, dated the 22d of August, 1693, Granted the Said 250 acres of Land (for 20 sbill'gs) unto Tho's Gibson, of the City of Lond'n, Pattenmaker, and his heirs, &c., who by Deed dated the 15th July, 1700 (for £3), Conveys the Same to David Brintnall, of Philadelphia, Shop keeper, his heirs and assigns for ever.
