• Obituary, 2010, OH. Fynetta E. Sinfield, 95, of Springfield, passed away at 2:53 PM Monday, May 10, 2010 in Community Hospital E. R. She was born November 7, 1914, in Urbana, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Alice (Smith) Mitchell.
Mrs. Sinfield was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church and had been employed at Springfield Tent and Awning.
Survivors include her husband of 74 years; William F. Sinfield Sr., one daughter; Alice Abherve, Springfield, one son; William F. (Cher) Sinfield Jr, Mississippi, four grandchildren; Alicia (Richard) Salemi, Suzanne (Andrew) Wallach, Pennie (Cliff) Spence, Billie Jean Sinfield, two great grandchildren; Daphne and Nicolas Tuccitto, one brother; Charles (Vi) Mitchell, Springfield and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister; Georgia Cramer and her parents.
Private funeral services will be held in Rose Hill Chapel with entombment to follow in Rose Hill Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
