Mrs. Carl Luckason, 90, died Friday night at Johnson Hospital, Lanesboro, where she had been a patient three weeks. She had been bedridden since she broke her hip two years ago.
The former Anna Olness, she was born July 16, 1868 at Arendahl and was married Aug. 27, 1904, at Peterson. Her husband died in July, 1937.
Mrs. Luckason was a member of Grace Lutehran Church and an honorary members of its Ladies' Aid.
She is survived by a son, Adolph, Milwaukee,; two daughters, Mrs. C. O. (Lilly) Peterson, Lewiston; and Mrs. Ed (Christine) Redalen, Lanesboro; a sister, Mrs. Emma Knudson, Rushford; two brothers, John and Ole, Peterson; 12 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday at 1:15 p. m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Lanesboro, and at 2 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church. The Rev. James Asp officiated and burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Maxwell [Manvel] Olness, Chatfield, Joseph Olness, Alfred Luckason and Erdman Boyum, Rushford, and George and Oliver Gorder, Peterson.
Anna married Carl Andresen LUCKASON, son of Andres LUKKASON and Ingeborg Bjørnsdtr RIGENSRUD, on 27 Aug 1904 in Peterson, Fillmore County, MN. (Carl Andresen LUCKASON was born on 25 Dec 1869 in Norderhov, Buskerud, Norway 3, baptized on 23 Jan 1870 in Haug, Norderhov, Buskerud, Norway 3 and died on 13 Jul 1937 in Winona County, MN.)
