Stanley Loucks died Oct. 4, 1999, in Payson. He was born March 26, 1946 in Electric City, Wash. Mr. Loucks worked as a painter and moved to Payson in 1990. Survivors include his wife, Denise, of Payson; three daughters, Chelsee and Ninette of Payson, Abby of Hilo, Hawaii; two sons, Ryan of Alaska and Alex of Payson; sister, Christine Dahlstrom of Spokane, Wash.; mother, Miriam Lee of Scottsdale; father, Dale S. Loucks of Yakima, Wash.; and two grandchildren. Services were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7 at his home. Arrangements were handled by Payson Funeral Home.
