Noted events in his life were: • Occupation: Lensmann. • Notes. Sometime between 1701 and 1706, Lars took over this large sub-farm at Myklebust, after his father retired. In 1706, this was a 36 bucket (grain) sub farm. In 1714 he exchanged land with the his neighbor and relative, Bård Toresen, because Bård moved to Stegaberg. Lars became the owner of the entire Myklebust farm. In 1723, he sowed 11 barrels of grain and fed 4 horses, 24 cows and 30 sheep. Lars was church warden 1710 - 1712. Lars married Marta Olsdatter ca 1704 in <Norway>. (Marta Olsdatter was born ca 1684 in <Norway> and died in 1710 in <Norway>.) Lars next married Brynhild Larsdtr. GISMARVIK, daughter of Lars Danielson GISMARVIK and Sigrid (Siri) Gudmundsdtr. ILE, about 1703. (Brynhild Larsdtr. GISMARVIK was born in 1687 in Gismarvik, Avaldsnes, Rogaland, Norway, died in 1723 in Gismarvik, Avaldsnes, Rogaland, Norway and was buried on 5 Dec 1723.) |
