• Obituary: Pontiac Daily Leader, 2013, Livingston County, Illinois, USA. June Keeneth, 90, of Pontiac, died at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at her residence in Pontiac.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Odell, with Pastor Gretchen Stinebaugh and Reverend Dr. Ray Owens officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, rural Pontiac.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home in Odell.

She was born June 27, 1922, in Pontiac, the daughter of Charles and Mildred (Blackler) Porter Sr. She married Glen W. Keeneth on April 15, 1946, in Pontiac. He passed away Oct. 8, 1994.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald G. (Mary Beth) Keeneth of Russelville, Ark., and Randy A. Keeneth of Marseilles; one daughter, Cindy J. (Dean) Warren of Carlton, Ore.; one brother, Charles (Alzina) Porter Jr. of Pontiac; 16 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Terry Keeneth; one daughter, Karen Keeneth; two brothers, Edward Porter and Harold Porter; and two great-grandchildren, Kurtis Robinson and Joseph Wesselhoff.

June attended Owego Grade School and Pontiac High School.

She was employed at Federal Land Bank, Louis Allis Factory and was a bookkeeper for Central School. She greatly enjoyed being a farm wife, which made life most fulfilling.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pontiac.

The family suggests memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Pontiac Food Pantry or First United Methodist Church.
