He was born Sept. 29, 1922, in Toledo, Ohio, to Clarence Luther and Hazel D. Parkinson Keyser. He married June Marie Balmer on Sept. 28, 1946, and they have been lovingly devoted to each other for 63 years. Clarence was a very hard worker. He was a Lithographer for over 30 years and then worked at Western Auto, Ute Fabrication, and as a custodian for the Uintah County School District. He served in the US Navy during World War II as a Radioman in Amchitka, Alaska. He was happy to be where he lived "out west in the country." He was a great provider and a loving father. He is survived by his wife, June, of the Whiterocks Road area; children, Sherry (Pete) Kondrosky, Perkasie, Penn.; Gary (Joann) Keyser, Lori (Leo) Tiongson, both of Roosevelt; grandchildren, Jennifer Kondrosky (Randy Rosenberger), Brian Kondrosky (Lida Kramer), Travis (Wendy) Keyser, Ritchie Tiongson, Robbie (Norma) Tiongson, Rhia Tiongson, Kimberly McConkie; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Nicholas Kondrosky; Bella Tiongson, and Ana Lowery. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Don. In honor of his wishes he was cremated. Arrangements handled by the Hullinger Mortuary.
