Harry L. Harshe Harry L. Harshe, 38, brother of the late Deputy Ralph Harshe of Allen-co, died yesterday in Memorial hospital after a week's illness of complications of diseases. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from Liberty Chapel church with Rev. T. C. Davis officiating. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Harshe, two sons, Roger and James, three brothers, Carl, Russell, and Clair, and a sister, Mrs. Roy Worrell, all of Lima.

Mrs. Harshe, recites in her petition, that she was mated to the defendant April 28, 1919. In 1921 they parted. Since the separation, the plaintiff charges that Harshe has neglected to support her or their tow kiddies, Rodger, 5, and James Forest, 3.
Women, with who mthe defend and is alleged to have associated freely, are blamed by the wife for breaking up the home. She charges grave indiscretions.
