Word has been received of the death Friday morning of former Lima resident Ruth Daufter [sic], 76, in McClure. She had been a domestic for several families in Lima. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Croll-Pienert Funeral Home, Tontogany. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wood County Memory Gardens, Bowling Green.

MISCONDUCT IS CHARGED BY WOMAN IN PETITION
Alleged misconduct of Harry L. Harshe, 25, laborer of 681 S. Main-st with other women with whom he went out, is made grounds for a divorce sought in common pleas court Friday by Mrs. Ruth A. Harshe.

Mrs. Harshe, recites in her petition, that she was mated to the defendant April 28, 1919. In 1921 they parted. Since the separation, the plaintiff charges that Harshe has neglected to support her or their tow kiddies, Rodger, 5, and James Forest, 3.

Women, with who mthe defend and is alleged to have associated freely, are blamed by the wife for breaking up the home. She charges grave indiscretions.

Allen whose whereabouts is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be acertained will take notice that on the 8th day of October 1948 the plaintiff Ruth Allen filed her petition for divorce against him in the Common Please Court of Allen County, Ohio, being Case No. 38510 on the grounds of Gross Neglect of Duty and Willful Absence for more than three years and praying that she be granted a divorce, custody of minor child and equitable relief.
