Paul Henry Allen, 945 1/2 W. High-st, was bound to the Allen-co grand jury Tuesday afternoon on a nonsupport charge filed by his former wife, Mrs. Ruth Dawster, 65 1/2 Public-sq.

Pleading quilty at hearing in Juvenile court before Judge Raymond P. Smith he was released on his own recogniance. The complaint charges he failed to provide support since Dec. 1, 1948 for a minor child.

Word has been received here of the death of Paul H. Allen, 61, former Lima resident, Wednesday in Wadsworth Veterans Hospital, Los Angeles, Calif. Services were to be held today in Los Angeles.

Surviving are his wife, Edith, his father, Marion Allen, 748 W. High; a son, John, Waynesfield; and a sister, Mrs. Walter Rhoads, 2201 Oakland Pkwy.

Paul married Ruth Arline FORREST, daughter of Joseph Edmond FORREST and Minnie MILLER, ca 1934. (Ruth Arline FORREST was born on 10 Apr 1900 in Ohio, USA and died on 15 Apr 1976 in Henry County, Ohio, USA ^{2 3}.)
